Q. Is it difficult to build and install the device?
A. No. It's simple to construct and most of the components are prefabricated for you. You can buy the individual parts
at a hardware store. No special tools are required. Hacksaw, wire cutters, pliers, liquid metal, and a few other inexpensive
tools are needed to assemble. Installation is simple also. A 5/16 inch hole drilled into the casing of your heater allows
enough room for installation of the conversion assembly. The remainder, of the device, is mounted on the external heater casing
or a wall.
Q. Will the device blowup or explode if it malfunctions?
A. The device isn't any less safe to operate than a Tea Kettle. It is a water heating device. Water isn't usually heated
as hot as the device heats it in normal applications. There isn't any way that the device could build up pressure or accumulate
steam or gas to explode. I designed it to create gas only when your heating system is operating. Fire must be present to complete
the conversion and cause the burning of the converted water.
