Above is an actual photo of water being converted to Hydrogen and Oxygen and burned as fuel, by fire produced from
natural gas, in my own heater, utilizing my patented device. No electricity is used, by my device, to convert water into gas.
That model was my proto-type and is less efficient at creating energy than my patented device. I've used the device for two
winter seasons and saved money. I designed the device so that it would be safe, inexpensive, dependable, easy to use, and
easy to repair and maintain. It's made from durable and inexpensive materials.
Water has been used and is being used, as a fuel in military applications; German V2 Rocket & ME 163 Rocket propelled
fighter, Scramjet Aircraft, B52 Bomber Jet Engines and other applications
The Scramjet technology uses water vapor as fuel. Recent tests, of the Scramjet
engine, prove that water vapor can be used as the only fuel to sustain Scramjet aircraft flight, at super-sonic speeds, indefinitely.
The atmosphere is compressed, at high velocity, into the intake of the Scramjet engine. When a gas is compressed it heats
up due to so many atoms being in close proximity to each other. This high velocity compression creates enormous heat. Enough
heat to convert water vapor into hydrogen and oxygen. When the hydrogen combusts (due to it being heated above it's flashpoint)
the residual heat energy helps to make this conversion process more efficient. No compressor is needed. At ground level, Zero
Point Energy Generators compress the atmosphere and acomplish the same goal; compress, heat, convert, and combust hydrogen.
A Zero Point Energy Generator can be built to any size desired. One recent example was 3'x2'x2'. These devices have been demonstrated
in front of the media and have been reported by them.

My name is Mark Cleveland. I'm an inventor who has recognized the potential of water
as a practical fuel and I have received patent potection on my invention. This technology was used in ancient times by
the Atlantians. As recent as 1960, the U.S. Navy used water or H2O2 as a warhead fuel for their torpedoes. The V2 Rocket,
invented by the NAZI in WWII, also used H2O2 as a fuel. The H2O2 reacted with alcohol and was converted to water, oxygen,
and heat energy and finally, H, O, and heat energy. Both applications use Hydrogen derived from water as their primary fuel.
The amount of hydrogen and oxygen energy, in water, is tremendous and the pollution, created by the burning of these
two gases, is a small amount of CO2.
My device works with the heat produced by your fossil fuel heater to turn water into a near
gas state so that it will be easily converted to gas and burn when exposed to the fire produced by your heating
system. As you can see from the photo, it works great. My device can be adjusted to produce hydrogen gas, but that is
a noisy and less productive process than the near gas process which by volume, creates more heat energy.
I have decided that the best way that I could help my fellow man is to sell my device in a
way that allows this technology to be used without special interest interference. I will sell customers a copy,
of my copyrighted instruction manual, detailing how to build, install, and operate this revolutionary
device. I will also license each customer to make one copy of my energy device per order. The instruction manual
may not be copied. The rights to the patented device and my instruction manual are my sole property.
The cost, for the instruction manual, on how to build my easily duplicated energy device is
$50.00. The cost of building the device is dependent on where you live but should cost you, approximately, $50 to
$110 to build. It depends on which model you choose to build.
The manual or automatic assembly. The manual model can be installed on all heating systems.
It requires more user interaction and works best on manually controlled heating systems. The automatic model allows you
to stop water flow when the heating system is not in operation. An owner of the manual could always retrofit
automatic features later.
